This evenings choice of film is ; Coco and Igor. I have been told only good things about this film, so I am hoping it wont flop.

I spent a major chunk of my day here today and it was so satisfying. Looking at all the books, cards, notebooks etc.....plus today they were playing awfully good music. Just what a sunday needs.

One summers day I went for a day trip and got real fruit ice cream and cider. it was lovely.

Magnificent.

LOLITA

Watched the film Lolita recently and found it to be a very good watch. The styling in particular was so beautiful and the acting was seamless. I think I will now have to invest in the written version and see how I can compare the two. Another trip to the video shop may be in store this weekend.

Polar Express.

Polar bears are too gorgeous. I stopped and chatted to a guy who owns two of these dogs the other day- both with darker colouring around the face: made me want one even more than I previously had. They were huge and just so well natured. future future....cant lug one of these to new york or sweden with me. sigh.

Boats.

I love boats and I am considering buying a make your own model boat and doing it up just how I would like my own boat to be if I owned one. A sailing boat where I could mill about up north eating plain cheese sandwhiches, wearing pastel coloured sandals and drinking pink grapefruit juice with a slice of cucumber in it. oh the life. well if i make own miniature boat I will post it anyhow.

The little miss sunshine cup turned up on my doorstep one day - turned out my dad had sent it to his swedish girl with the "sunny disposition" . The ceramic deer is a favourite: picked up from a beautiful little antique shop during a summer at waihi beach.
